Simota è stata fondata nel 1991 come produttore, all'inizio specializzato nella produzione di filtri dell'aria a Taiwan. Riconoscendo che non è sufficiente produrre filtri dell'aria per costruire la consapevolezza del marchio, abbiamo attivamente costruito un dipartimento di R&S al fine di rafforzare i vantaggi dei nostri prodotti. Grazie a ciò siamo in grado di controllare e contribuire al know-how dell'industria dei filtri dell'aria; inoltre, sfruttando questo vantaggio, abbiamo sviluppato una serie di sistemi di aspirazione e filtri dell'aria di ricambio di altissimo livello, venduti in tutto il mondo e che hanno guadagnato un'eccellente reputazione. Al fine di offrire un rigoroso controllo di qualità, siamo stati certificati e abbiamo ottenuto il certificato ISO9001 dal TUV nel 2005; inoltre, abbiamo equipaggiato il più alto standard di dinamometro, il MAHA LPS3000, per garantire che tutti i nostri prodotti prima del lancio siano stati testati per fornire le migliori prestazioni.

Dotato del noto dinamometro MAHA LPS300 per testare tutti i nostri prodotti. Grazie alla produzione in un unico pezzo, siamo orgogliosi di garantire che i nostri prodotti possano resistere a temperature comprese tra -30℃ e 150℃.
SPERIMENTALIZZAZIONE DELLE PRESTAZIONI
Realizzato con una struttura in poliuretano, pulibile e che può essere pulita e riutilizzata semplicemente per dimostrare quanto sia economica, il solido rivestimento in rete d'acciaio zincato mantiene una forma eccellente. Extra leggero anche con almeno il 20% di spazio di pieghe maggiorato rispetto agli altri filtri dell'aria normali per estrarre il massimo dell'aria.
FILTRAZIONE ECCELLENTE E CONSUMO DI CARBURANTE RIDOTTO
La robusta rete in acciaio zincato e la struttura non si deformano, garantendo una migliore capacità di filtraggio e un maggiore consumo di carburante.

- Estrarre il filtro dell'aria dalla scatola di aspirazione.
- Utilizzare l'aria compressa per rimuovere lo sporco dal lato opposto a quello sporco.
- Applicare il detergente SIMOA su entrambi i lati in modo uniforme. （Attenzione: L'UTILIZZO DI QUALSIASI ALTRA SOLUZIONE O METODO DI PULIZIA PUÒ DANNEGGIARE IL FILTRO! Non utilizzare acqua, vapore o sostanze chimiche, benzina, fluido di trasmissione, olio motore, olio leggero o carburante diesel non specificamente progettato per la pulizia dei filtri dell'aria in materiale non tessuto)
- Lasciare che il detergente penetri in entrambi i lati del filtro dell'aria per 10 minuti; quindi utilizzare l'aria compressa per rimuovere lo sporco e il detergente. (Ripetere le fasi 3 e 4 fino a quando tutti i punti di sporco sono stati puliti)
- Lasciare asciugare il filtro dell'aria in modo naturale o utilizzare l'aria compressa per asciugarlo.（Attenzione: ALTRI METODI DI ASCIUGATURA POSSONO DANNEGGIARE IL FILTRO!Applicare la giusta quantità di olio per la pulizia del filtro dell'aria SIMOTA in modo uniforme solo sul lato sporco del filtro dell'aria (ATTENZIONE: NON OLIARE TROPPO IL FILTRO DELL'ARIA). L'OLIIZZAZIONE ECCESSIVA PUÒ INTERFERIRE LE PRESTAZIONI DEL MOTORE.）
- Reinstallare il filtro dell'aria nella scatola di aspirazione; assicurarsi che la scatola di aspirazione sia fissata saldamente.
- Per mantenere prestazioni ottimali, il filtro dell'aria deve essere revisionato almeno ogni 5.000 km. Si consiglia di sottoporre a manutenzione il filtro dell'aria più spesso dopo una guida fuoristrada o ad alta velocità. Ispezionare sempre il filtro dell'aria ogni volta che si cambia l'olio.
