Ajusa Ajustick Anaerobic Sealant -55 to 180°C 75ml

Ajusa Ajustick is a single-component anaerobic gasket sealant specifically formulated for machined metal surfaces requiring a durable, flexible, and chemically resistant seal. Curing in the absence of air and in the presence of metal ions, Ajustick forms a strong bond between steel or aluminium components, making it ideal for automotive and industrial applications such as rocker covers, oil pans, gearboxes, and coolant pumps.

Capable of withstanding continuous temperatures from –50 °C to +150 °C, with occasional peaks up to +180 °C, Ajustick adapts to movement from thermal expansion or vibration while maintaining an effective seal. Its ability to fill gaps up to 0.30 mm allows for greater machining tolerance, while also resisting oils, coolants, air, and hydrocarbons. The medium mechanical strength ensures secure sealing with easy disassembly when needed. For optimal results, proper surface preparation and full curing (up to 24 hours) are essential before operation.
