Pedders Heavy Duty Load Carrying and Towing Suspension Kit

Whether you drive a Toyota Hilux, Ford Ranger, or Volkswagen Amarok, Pedders has developed dedicated suspension solutions to support your load carrying and towing requirements. These heavy-duty kits are purpose-built to increase ride height, improve towing stability, and maintain comfort under load conditions.

Each kit features high-quality Pedders TrakRyder Foam Cell shock absorbers, front coil springs, rear leaf springs, U-bolts, and mounting bushes. In some applications, supplementary air assist airbags are also included to manage variable loads more effectively. Fully assembled Ezifit front struts allow for quick installation without the need for spring compressors or reused components.

The kits are designed to deliver a lift of approximately 40–50mm depending on the vehicle, improving ground clearance and the ability to fit larger tyres. Built for versatility, they cater to vehicles carrying constant loads of up to 300kg or those experiencing frequent changes in payload. For heavier or commercial use, Pedders also offers Extra Heavy Duty upgrades.

No additional vehicle modifications are required, and we strongly recommend a professional wheel alignment after installation to ensure optimal suspension geometry and tyre wear.
